Tasks and responsibilities are to:

Assist the Head of IB/IB Coordinator in ensuring alignment between Pre-IB and IB
Maintain the Pre-IB and IB calendars for the annual cycle in full coordination with the other educational programmes at NG
Plan Pre-IB and IB examinations (End-of-Year exams in Pre-IB and 2i, mock exams in 3i, IB DP May and November exams), including scheduling and invigilation
Plan and communicate dates for term grades and End-of-Year grades for both Pre-IB and IB
Coordinate the intro period for Pre-IB students
Coordinate NV and AP in Pre-IB
Plan End-of-Year activities in Pre-IB (e.g. mini-EE, extra mathematics, extra English)
Coordinate student workload within the Pre-IB and IB
Assist the Head of IB/IB Coordinator in ensuring IB deliverables (e.g. eCoursework and 5-year evaluation)
Assist the Head of IB/IB Coordinator in documenting quality and effectiveness through evaluation
Communicate relevant IBO publications and information to school management, administration, teachers and students
Be the liaison between Pre-IB and IB students, faculty, administration and the Head of IB/IB Coordinator

Tasks and responsibilities are to:

Distribute students into the Pre-IB classes
Monitor the academic development of each Pre-IB and IB student in collaboration with class coordinators (Pre-IB only), Head of IB/IB Coordinator, Head of Boarding School and IB Counsellors
Organise and attend the Pre-IB parents’ consultation
Assist the Head of IB/IB Coordinator in the decision of promotion to the IB programme at the end of Pre-IB
Teach in the Pre-IB and/or IB programmes

Tasks and responsibilities are to:

Assist the Head of IB/IB Coordinator in introducing new teachers to the Pre-IB and IB programmes
Communicate information on grades, exams and end-of-year activities in Pre-IB and IB
Represent the Pre-IB and IB programmes in relevant school committees (e.g. IB Committee, PUF)
